Our Mission
Empower student innovators by providing access to early-stage funding.
Vision
We envision a world where academic brilliant ideas aren't bottlenecked by lack of resources. By bridging the gap between university research and independent capital, we aim to accelerate the pace at which student-led prototypes evolve into market-ready solutions.
How it Works
CampusFund uses a tokenized funding model. Students submit projects needing capital. Our algorithm assesses quality and stage to value the project. Investors then acquire revenue-share tokens, giving students immediate experimental capital and investors a stake in future success.
The Team Behind CampusFund
CampusFund was developed by two student builders combining financial modeling and technical implementation to create a platform that enables tokenized funding for academic innovation.

Rushil Rane
Platform Architecture & Engineering
Rushil led the technical development of CampusFund, designing and implementing the web platform, system architecture, and user interface. His work focused on translating the funding model into a functional product experience, including platform structure, dynamic project listings, and the investor interaction layer.
He also contributed to research and system design to ensure the technical implementation aligned with the platform’s economic model.

Aayush Shah
Financial Model & Token Economics
Aayush focused on developing the mathematical framework behind CampusFund, including the token minting logic, stage-based valuation multipliers, and revenue distribution structure. His work ensured that the platform’s funding mechanism is mathematically consistent and economically fair for both founders and investors.
He also contributed to research and model refinement to make the funding system scalable across multiple project stages.
Together, they built CampusFund to explore new ways of funding academic innovation and empowering student-led projects.
